Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BetBank.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use BetBank.ai. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Service Description

BetBank.ai provides sports betting analytics, odds comparison, and betting management tools. Our services include:

• Real-time odds tracking and comparison
• Positive EV opportunity identification
• Arbitrage calculators
• Betting analytics and performance tracking
• Various betting calculators and tools

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Subscriptions and Billing

BetBank.ai offers optional paid subscriptions ("Gold") that unlock additional tools, available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region. We may change subscription pricing; any change applies only to future billing periods.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms and applicable consumer law (including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law). We do not separately process refunds for App Store purchases.

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and BetBank.ai only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

No Guarantees

BetBank.ai provides analytical tools and information but does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. All betting involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

Responsible Gambling & No Affiliation

BetBank.ai is an analytics and information tool. We are not a bookmaker or wagering operator — we do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. Betting involves financial risk. Intellectual Property

The BetBank.ai platform — including its software, user interface, branding, logos, original analytical tools, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by BetBank.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Sports data, odds, statistics, and scores displayed on BetBank.ai are sourced from third-party data providers and publicly available sources. Such data remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is presented on our platform under licence or applicable fair use principles. BetBank.ai does not claim ownership of third-party data.

Content you create through the service — such as bet history, notes, and custom configurations — remains yours. By using BetBank.ai, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You may not scrape, crawl, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data, content, or materials available through BetBank.ai without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetBank.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. BetBank.ai is operated by ESK Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 12 690 345 469). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
